mouth-watering pulled pork sandwiches piled high on fresh buns. We use our own HOMEMADE BBQ sauce and serve scrumptious baked beans, potato salad, chips and brownies.

We have very reasonable prices for our on-site catering: Groups 50 and under - $600, groups over 50 - $10 per person. Prices based on quaranteed attendance count and we automatically cook for 20% over that number. Paperware included, if requested, at no extra charge. No hidden fees.

We are a competition BBQ and catering team and proud members of the Kansas City BBQ Society and Rocky Mountain BBQ Association. For competitions we cook ribs, brisket, pork and chicken. However, our specialty for catered events is our pulled pork sandwich using our HOMEMADE rub and BBQ sauce and side dishes that complete every BBQ event. (Check out our custom smoker made by Peoria Custom Cooker.) Our unique service will delight your guests with the aroma of barbequed pulled pork cooked ON-SITE over a wood fire.
